Lev Brewster

Born and raised on Toronto’s east side, Lev has called Toronto home all his life. He graduated from the University of Guelph with a Honours Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Real Estate, a program exclusive to three Canadian Universities. During the last year of his university undergrad, he enrolled in the OREA Real Estate College and completed the program shortly after. Starting his career with a boutique real estate brokerage he quickly realized there was a lot more to understand about real estate and the education provided by the OREA Real Estate College was insufficient. Lev went on to continue his education at the University of British Columbia acquiring a post-graduate certificate in Residential Valuation and earning his Canadian Residential Appraiser designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. After completing appraisals for Canada’s largest banks, private lenders and insurers he combined his education with industry working experience to provide a better experience for his clients. Over the last 5 years he has continued to redefine the standard of real estate sales professionalism.
